As the Chief Executive Officer of TalentFusion, Art Knapp spearheads the company’s growth and innovation initiatives within the staffing and Managed Service Provider (MSP) sectors. Leveraging his wealth of experience and proven best practices, Art focuses on optimizing talent acquisition processes while driving down overall costs.
With a remarkable career spanning over 30 years in the Human Resources industry, Art has successfully managed relationships with over 250 clients. He pioneered the development of a shared services off-site model to support on-site teams, setting an unparalleled standard in efficiency. Additionally, Art established the first-ever innovation and solutions organization within an MSP framework, further solidifying his position as a leader in the industry.
Art holds a BA degree in Economics from Lafayette College and commenced his career in sales at Procter & Gamble. He co-founded The Bedford Group, where he spent 15 years specializing in executive search and human resource consulting. In 2007, Art assumed the role of EVP of Global Services at IQNavigator, overseeing all aspects of client services operations, which led to a remarkable tripling of revenue within five years.
Before his tenure at IQNavigator, Art held various positions at Chimes, Inc., eventually rising to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, Chimes experienced unprecedented growth, with revenue expanding by over 500%. His instrumental role in the company’s sale in 2006 set industry valuation benchmarks.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Art is a self-proclaimed “wine enthusiast,” enjoying the finer things in life outside the boardroom.

As the Chief Marketing Officer of TalentFusion, Todd Krugman oversees all marketing and communications endeavors for the company, as well as spearheading the development of emerging marketing practices for clients.
With a robust background in B2B and technology sectors, Todd has consistently driven growth for prominent brands such as IBM, The Trade Desk, and Globant. During his tenure as Chief Marketing Officer North America at Globant, Todd played a pivotal role in crafting an award-winning brand platform, resulting in heightened brand visibility and substantial revenue growth. His innovative work on the “Reinventing Consultancy” advertising campaign garnered widespread acclaim, including Ad Age’s B2B Campaign of the Year recognition.
At The Trade Desk, Todd served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, successfully repositioning the brand by launching a new brand identity, introducing groundbreaking product offerings, and expanding their highly regarded e-learning platform.
During his decade-long tenure at Ogilvy, Todd’s contributions to the agency’s IBM account were instrumental in establishing it as one of the most esteemed B2B brands globally. Holding various leadership roles in Asia Pacific and New York, Todd demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a knack for driving business success across diverse markets.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Todd resides with his wife and two children in the vicinity of New York City.

Katie Bussey, the Senior Vice President of TalentFusion and Direct Sourcing Practice Leader, brings over 25 years of experience in staffing, managed services, and workforce solutions. Renowned for her dynamic leadership style, Katie has significantly influenced the development of innovative workforce strategies throughout her career. She spent 20 years dedicated to the MSP space, starting with KOCG for eleven years and then Volt Consulting Group for nine. During her tenure with both organizations, Katie oversaw many large MSP programs, such as 3M, Carlson Companies, Procter & Gamble, Northwest Airlines/Delta, and Orbital ATK/Northrop Grumman. One clear thing across all the organizations that Katie worked with was the need to drive innovation within the program and the ability to fill talent gaps in creative ways.
Leveraging her MSP experience and under her vision, TalentFusion, a company whose sole focus is offering Direct Sourcing solutions, was conceived. The original charter of TalentFusion was to architect a solution that was unmatched in the industry and could pave the way for organizations to transform their contingent talent strategy from start to finish. Katie assembled a team unique to the staffing industry to achieve this. An unprecedented contingent talent strategy and solution emerged with the help of an award-winning brand strategist, marketing strategist, analytics experts, and behavioral health experts. This solution is engineered to integrate with existing MSP programs seamlessly or to function independently as the primary workforce solution for organizations. In a rapidly evolving technological talent acquisition landscape, Katie recognized the critical need for organizations to expand their recruitment channels beyond traditional staffing methods. She advocates that the effectiveness of talent strategies today depends significantly on how organizations creatively attract and manage their talent resources, no matter their classification.
