Sales Representative:
TalentFusion is a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing company. As a result of dramatic growth, TalentFusion is seeking an energetic Sales Representative in the Boston marketplace. TalentFusion blends the best people, process and technologies into our RPO solutions delivered to our clients. TalentFusion serves Fortune 500 clients and has a sterling reputation for world class recruitment solutions. As a TalentFusion Sales Rep, you will be responsible for opening new accounts for RPO services in the greater Boston area. The Sales Representative will be supported by a pursuit team of executive sponsors and pre-sales delivery executives to close deals. The market for RPO is heating up rapidly. This a great opportunity for the right individual.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of solution sales experience, preferably in the Human Capital space. The candidate must be an aggressive, professional sales executive that will hit the ground running. Ideally, the individual will bring a proven track record within the Boston market. The Sales Rep will be expected to open accounts rapidly, with the full support of our marketing and executive management teams.
