David Pollard – President and CEO
David Pollard is President and founder of TalentFusion, leading the firm from inception through its current trend of rapid growth. TalentFusion has become a thought leading firm helping organizations optimize how they deploy their recruiting resources to take full advantage of the outsourcing option to create scalable, flexible recruiting capability.
Prior to forming TalentFusion, Pollard served as Vice President of Worldwide Recruiting at Keane, a $1b information technology outsourcing company. Under Pollard’s leadership, Keane hired 13,000 people over a three year period of time, growing from $300 million in revenue to over $1b. While with Keane, Pollard implemented numerous programs and project management disciplines that drove recruiter productivity improvements of over 70%, while reducing cost per hire by 30%. Many of these disciplines have become central themes in the TalentFusion recruitment outsourcing delivery model.
Kevin Huston – Senior Vice President, Client Services & Solutions
Kevin Huston is TalentFusion’s Senior Vice President of Client Services & Solutions. As such, Kevin is the company’s Operational leader and in this capacity oversees all delivery of services, solutions development, and extended operational matters within the firm. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of Operations and Customer Care within TalentFusion’s many different industry verticals. Kevin started with TalentFusion as a Delivery Manager/Director in the early part of 2004; during this time he bridged varying responsibilities as the needs of the organization dictated.
Prior to joining TalentFusion, Kevin served as Recruiting Manager for an IT services firm located in Denver, CO. He has been in the employment services space since 1996 and has served in several different capacities over the last 15+ years. Kevin’s roots in the industry began as a headhunter for a boutique firm in Chicago recruiting ERP professionals for what was then the “Big 6”. On the heels of this experience came a string of recruiting, sales, and management positions within the recruiting industry, which gave Kevin a unique and diverse view of how the multi-faceted world of corporate talent acquisition and employment services works.
Kevin’s passion and management philosophy is rooted in Servant Leadership – a passion that incorporates itself into the TalentFusion landscape by embracing the truth that our clients and our employees will be served with the highest level of integrity, excellence, and humility. Kevin takes this life philosophy outside of the TalentFusion landscape as well. He has mentored at-risk youth in Denver, CO for 10+ years, working with youths and their families to help instill core trust and a belief that they are significant and designed for great purpose. One of Kevin’s strongest desires at TalentFusion – and in life – is to see people move into all that they are created to be.
Kevin received his Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mark Petruzzi – Senior Vice President, Business Development
Mark Petruzzi is an 20-year veteran of complex services business development and business strategy. Mark has a demonstrated record of business success in technology and diversified services businesses.
Mark was a founding partner of ThoughtDigital, a rapidly growing Oracle boutique consulting firm headquartered in Manhattan. ThoughtDigital has recorded 18 consecutive quarters of double-digit profit growth and has been profitable since its inception. ThoughtDigital has been sold to Zensar Technologies, a $175M Technology Firm listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
He has lead or been a key member in three business sales transactions totaling $75M in value. Mark has also held senior leadership positions at both Oracle and SAP, managing the P&L of operating groups greater than $50 million in revenue. As the youngest ever Director of Business Development at Deloitte Consulting, he was instrumental in building both the Oracle and Ariba practices into the largest Big Five practices in those market areas. Mark has been a prominent player within the Oracle Eco-System for nearly two decades.
Mark holds a dual BS/BA degrees in Accounting and Philosophy from Rutgers College within Rutgers University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing at Columbia Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors for a startup social networking company, an entertainment production company and a Chinese sourcing advisory.
Mark is an Adjunct Faculty Educator for Duke University Corporate Education working within their Marketing, Sales and Business Strategy departments.
Wendy Muller – Director of Client Services
Wendy Muller currently serves as one of TalentFusion’s Directors of Client Services. Wendy joined TalentFusion in early 2011 serving as a consultant in TalentFusion’s delivery organization. In late 2011 Wendy was promoted to her current Director role. One of Wendy’s primary responsibilities is the development of the TalentFusion RPO client base through the creation of unique recruiting solutions, along with the implementation and integration of those solutions. She is also tasked with delivery of service excellence, client satisfaction and evaluation, oversight of part of the TalentFusion consultant base, and client management and relationship development.
Wendy began her professional career as a recruiter in the Denver area in the mid 1990’s. She worked for a variety of high tech companies recruiting technical, executive, and business professionals. She has also served in a variety of recruiting management roles. In addition to her recruiting industry roles, Wendy has served as a private college faculty member where she taught courses in business management.
Wendy consistently strives to achieve outstanding results in the recruiting world, just as she does in her personal life. She values the insights of all involved parties—client sponsors, hiring managers, candidates, RPO consultants, and administration—such that she can consultatively recognize the most efficient way to achieve results for the client, while serving the interests of her team. Recruiting and client management are her passion; she thoroughly enjoys working diligently to ensure excellence is achieved by her team and herself on behalf of the client.
Wendy is very active in the community in which she lives; donating her time to youth focused organizations – Poudre School District, Northern Colorado Girl Scouts, and Fort Collins Soccer Club Youth Competitive Arsenal Program. She also devotes her time to training for triathlons – competing in several races every summer.
Wendy has a Master of Science degree in Leadership Education with a focus on Human Resource Development from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University.
Kara Mohler – Director of Client Services
Kara Mohler is a Director of Client Services. She has been with TalentFusion for 2 years and in that time has supported the Management Consulting client base at TalentFusion, along with a handful of TalentFusion’s IT Services clients. She originally joined TalentFusion as a Delivery Manager but was elevated to a Director’s role after excelling within the TalentFusion client base and achieving standout delivery of service excellence.
Kara has over 15 years of recruiting experience in both the Corporate and the Technical realm. Her accomplishments include managing the success of a Human Capital firm’s largest client and an ability to build excellent, cohesive teams with a drive towards continuous process improvement. As an experienced recruiter, Kara brings her broad knowledge of talent acquisition to a dynamic client structure at TalentFusion. She is actively interested in the development of people she manages and works with, and is a willing and active team member on the teams that she manages. Kara is known for her flexible and service-oriented style. She is remarkably well received and trusted by her clients and teams.
Kara received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
Candice Zaniewski – Staffing & Operations Manager
Candice Zaniewski currently serves as TalentFusion’s Staffing & Operations Manager. Candice joined TalentFusion in November 2010 and immediately started to contribute as a staffing consultant, while targeting the team she was looking to build out internally over the next 2 years as the Staffing & Operations Manager. Some of Candice’s primary responsibilities are building relationships with top recruiting talent to engage with TalentFusion clients, oversight and training on TalentFusion technology and recruiting assets, managing a team of staffing and operations employees, logistical management of onboarding new consultants, and collaboration with TalentFusion’s executive management team. She and her team also ensurea seamless candidate experience through the interview and new hire process.
Candice has over 10 years of recruiting, operations and training experience. Her professional career began as a recruiter in Seattle, WA where she quickly proved to be a successful recruiter, and as a resultaccelerated through the ranks to become a Regional Trainer and Operations Manager with a large staffing firm in Seattle. Throughout these experiences Candice became keenly aware that one of her greatest strengths was her dedication to providing a world class client and candidate experience for all those she worked with. Candice’s effervescent personality enables her to build and maintain meaningful relationships that have depth in the marketplace.
Outside of TalentFusion, Candice enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Candice received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and is a Six Sigma green belt certification holder.
