What’s the difference between you and other staffing related companies like contingency and retainer firms?
Cost and capability are the two primary differentiators between our model and that of traditional recruitment services models. We don’t charge a fee-per-hire, thus the client can make as many hires as needed at any time with no transactional fee tied to those hires, and all candidate data is owned exclusively by the client.

I’ve not heard of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO); what kind of companies are outsourcing recruitment and why would we do it?
Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a relatively new, yet quickly emerging, recruitment services model that companies are leveraging for various reasons. Typically the primary business drivers are scalability, process improvement, capability, and cost. Hiring demand normally fluctuates either seasonally and/or during regular business cycles of expansion and contraction. Building a world-class recruitment process can be a time intense expensive proposition, so companies are turning to Recruitment Process Outsourcing firms like TalentFusion to leverage our existing expertise, tools, resources, and processes. By outsourcing some or all of the recruiting function, companies are able to improve recruiting performance, drive down cycle times, and drive out costs and inefficiencies.

Why not hire our own contract recruiters?
Companies will use contract recruiters as a scalable resource to address spikes in hiring demand. What industry is learning is that this method is not as efficient or cost effective as utilizing an Recruitment Process Outsourcing organization. It takes at least 30-60 days for a contract recruiter to interview, onboard, and manage through the learning curve associated with the nuances of the company’s culture and positions. The more we know and understand our clients before doing business the quicker we’re able to move through the ramp-up and learning curve after we start. That said, our model is geared toward long term sustainable business relationships. In other words, the longer we do business with you the more efficient and productive the relationship and ROI becomes. We understand that we’re not a fit for everyone, nor do we try to be. Honesty and integrity are some of the things that set us apart.

What does it cost?
Each engagement is customized to every client’s unique needs, from Service Level Agreements to Deliverables and Pricing. Our pricing model is based on time and materials. Client’s receive a weekly invoice that represents a Functional Bill Rate and total hours. Our engagements include a comprehensive solution around research, direct sourcing, recruiting, prescreening and all the tools and resources TalentFusion has built and invested in to deliver a shared services model for our clients.

Would you interface with our hiring managers or our recruiting/HR people?
Depends on the client’s preference and unique situation. We have the ability to do both.

Who owns the candidate data?
You the client own the data and there are no additional placement fees or hidden charges. Nor is the data shared or visible to other clients.

What are your guarantees, how do I know we’ll get hires from TalentFusion’s efforts?
Although we're not a contingency (fee-per-hire) firm we fully understand it’s all about securing quality hires. As such, we consult and work with our clients to frame out a solution that maximizes ROI.
